Once the order is received in full payment generally it will be dispatched 2 business day.

 

SHIPPING GUIDE

1. Delivery Address: The parcel can be delivered to the same address as your billing address or a separate delivery address. If you have created an account on support@mypamperedpets.com, you can use the address from your account. You will have to sign in before the checkout section.

2.Correct Delivery Information: Always guarantee that the registered address and contact number are correct and current (No Post Office Boxes, GPO boxes, Mail Bags), as we are not responsible for any for items sent to old addresses.

3. Business Name: If the parcel will be sent to Business Address, the Business Name must be included.

4. Re-delivery: There will be a correspondence delivery charge if you are not home on the given delivery time. Kindly ensure that there is a person at home during delivery.
